Terms and Conditions of the Spring Shopping Promotion with MARILYN 2026
• These promotional campaigns are valid from 27 March 2026 to 5 April 2026, or until stocks of promotional products are exhausted, exclusively in the online shop www.e-marilyn.pl
• Any Buyer who, during the Promotion period, purchases three pairs of tights marked on the website with the information “2+1” shall receive one – the cheapest of the selected products – at the price of PLN 0.01 (1 grosz).
In the case of purchasing a multiple of three products covered by the Promotion, the price reduction shall apply to the corresponding multiple of the cheapest products.
The discount is applied automatically in the basket after the required number of products covered by the Promotion has been added.
• Any Buyer who, during the Promotion period, purchases two non-discounted bras through the Shop shall receive a 50% discount on the cheaper bra.
In the case of purchasing multiples of products covered by the Promotion, the price reduction shall apply to the corresponding multiple of the cheaper products.
The discount is applied automatically in the basket after the appropriate number of products covered by the Promotion has been added.
• The Promotions cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns, discounts or special offers. The Promotions do not apply to discounted products marked with a crossed-out price. The “2+1 on tights” promotion; the “3+1 on tights” promotion; the “second non-discounted bra -50%” promotion and other promotions available in the shop cannot be combined with each other within one order.
• If the Buyer – being a consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, the Buyer is also obliged to return the promotional product if the return concerns an order covered by the conditions of the Promotion.
If the promotional product is not returned, the refund shall be reduced accordingly by the value of the discount granted under the Promotion.
• The Buyer may use the Promotion multiple times during its validity period.
• We reserve the right to end the Promotion earlier in the event that stocks of promotional products are exhausted.

• In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the terms and conditions of the online shop www.e-marilyn.pl and the applicable provisions of law shall apply.
