Processing and Protection of the Personal Data
Providing personal data as well as consenting to their processing are completely voluntary. All personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which the CUSTOMER has agreed upon. In the event that the CUSTOMER does not provide the data necessary to complete the order and does not agree to their processing, it may not be possible to complete that order.
The Administrator ensures that the data provided are kept secure and that the Users' rights arising from the GDPR Regulation are observed. The User has the right to access the content of their personal data and rectify it or request to have it completely deleted (unless it is contrary to the law) or limit the right to process their personal data - for this purpose, you may use the ‘user account data update’ function in the store program or please send us a notification (e.g. to the e-mail address provided) specifying the request to change or delete the data from the register. The ADMINISTRATOR may refuse to delete User's data only in the events indicated by applicable regulations, in particular, if the User has not settled all amounts due to the ADMINISTRATOR.
Users' personal data is processed in order to establish, form, conclude, amend or terminate the Agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer and to execute the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the Electronic Services provision, described in the TERMS OF SERVICE.
The User may receive marketing and commercial information (attached as a "newsletter") if they agree. The User may at any time resign to receive commercial information.
We ensure that our company complies with the personal data security policy. Personal data is safe with us and we make every effort to ensure that this level be systematically higher.
Users' personal data may be transferred to third parties only with the consent of the User in the events described in the REGULATION.
In order to perform the agreement and deliver the products ordered as well as send correspondence to the customer, the data may be transferred to: Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or a selected courier company.
In order to perform the agreement and deliver products, it is necessary to provide the following CUSTOMER's personal data: name and family name; address to ship the products; e-mail address; contact telephone number; in the case of a company, tax identification number, in addition.
Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to perform the agreement - it is deleted after this period:
- sales documents - for the period required by the accounting regulations,
- address details - until the warranty or guarantee period has expired - whichever is longer;
- e-mail address used to send the newsletter - for the period when the user's consent is valid; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The Customer has the right to file a complaint with a supervisory body - the Office for Personal Data Protection (OPDP) if they have any reservations about the processing of their personal data by the ADMINISTRATOR.

Our Cookie Policy
This Policy presents the rules for creating, storing and accessing information on User's devices by using Cookies to provide electronic services requested by the User.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Administrator creates and stores temporary files and gains access to selected information on the User's devices in order to provide services electronically.
Cookies - means binary data, usually small text files, saved and stored on the User's devices, which are used in the programming languages ​​for more efficient communication between the website and the User.
Cookies created on the User's devices may come from both the Administrator's system (so-called own cookies) as well as from external programs supervising communication on the Internet (so-called external cookies, e.g. from Google and other websites).
It is possible for the User to limit or disable cookies access to their Device. When using this option, you will be able to use the Website, excluding the functions that require cookies by their nature.

II. Purposes of using cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are used on websites to ensure that data is transmitted properly between connected computers. It is very widely applicable, helps to customize the content of the settings for the webpage on the recipient's computer, and remembers the preferred appearance of the webpage, e.g. the font size set, ensures that the user performs several staged actions (e.g. adding an item, making a purchase in an online store). Cookies can also be used to match the ads displayed to the interests of website visitors. It can be said that the "cookies" technology is necessary to display interactive webpages properly.
In addition to cookies sent from the website we connect to, cookies can also be sent from the servers of the websites they refer to, e.g. Google, YouTube or social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter and others.
Broadly speaking, we can divide cookies into two types of files:
session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the browser session is ended. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device;
persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or turning off the Device does not cause them to be deleted from the User's Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
Normally, cookies used are safe for the user. When used correctly, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users' Devices. These files allow for an identification of the software used by the User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, their storage time on the Device (is limited) and the assigned value (key).
Cookies do not collect any personal data, including family names and email addresses.
Each user can modify their settings for cookies in the browser used, including completely disable the function to save them. If the user does not disable the function of saving cookies coming from various websites, this means in practice that they agree to save and store them on their computer.
The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser that they use.
How to disable cookies or change their settings on the most popular web browsers:
Google Chrome - Google Chrome's default browser settings allow cookies to be stored. In order to change the settings, please:
click Chrome Settings and select Settings;
click Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the webpage;
select Content settings in Privacy;
select the desired settings;
in order to select special settings for a particular website, click Manage exceptions and select your own settings for websites;
in order to confirm the changes, click the Done button.
Microsoft Internet Explorer - Microsoft Internet Explorer’s default settings allow cookies to be stored but block files that may come from websites that do not use any privacy policy. In order to change the settings, please:
click Tools and select Internet Options;
select Privacy;
use the slider to specify the desired level of settings (the highest one blocks cookies completely, the lowest one allows for storage of all cookies).
Mozilla Firefox - Mozilla Firefox’s default settings allow cookies to be stored. In order to change the settings, please:
click Tools (in other versions: click the Firefox button) and select Options;
then select Privacy and select the desired settings;
in order to select special settings for a particular website, click Exceptions and select your own settings for;
confirm changes with OK.
Opera - Opera's default browser settings allow cookies to be stored. In order to change the settings, please:
click Preferences, select Advanced and then Cookies;
mark the desired settings;
to select special settings for a particular website, go to the selected website, right-click on it, select Website Preferences and go to Cookies, and then select the desired;
confirm changes with OK.
Safari - Safari's default browser settings allow cookies to be stored. In order to change the settings, please:
select Preferences from the Safari menu;
click Privacy;
mark the desired settings;
in order to select special settings for a particular website, click Details and select your own settings for websites.
If you decide to disable all cookies, you will not be able to use some of the content and services provided on our websites, in particular those that require logging in and later completing, for example, a purchase transaction in the online store. Disabling cookies does not mean that you cannot browse through webpages on most websites though.
The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser that they use.
It should be noted that the cookie technology is used by hackers to infect computers and smuggle malicious software. The cookie technology, which is supposed to ensure proper communication with the website server, is used contrary to its purpose in this case. Protection against an attack of this kind as well as other forms of hacker attempts should always be ensured by good antivirus software.
The cookie technology is today at the core of the internet - in a good sense. Many websites become much poorer in their contents without cookies.
