1. Are all items listed in the online store available immediately?
The store makes every effort to ensure that the products listed on the store's website be on-hand. For this purpose, the products in the store are subject to updates. The Customer is informed in the event of temporary unavailability of an item.

2. What is the lead time?
Orders made before 1pm are processed on the same working day. Parcels are shipped every day from Monday to Friday. The order processing time is 24h. In exceptional cases order realization may be extended to 5 working days (depending on the availability of ordered goods). It is the time which elapses from confirming the order or crediting the money to the account, until the ordered goods are sent. Time of delivery id Poland depends on the choosed courrier company: Paczkomaty InPost or Poczta Polska it is 48h, while in case of choosing Pick-up Service the parcel will be delivered within 72h.

3. I cannot find the promotional code on your website.
A promotional code is granted during specific promotional campaigns.

4. Is it possible to collect ordered products at your partner store?
No, any items ordered with the online store are shipped to the Customer by post or courier or they can be picked up at the company's seat.

5. What should I do if my parcel does not contain all the items I have ordered?
You should contact us by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.

6. I have a problem logging in, what should I do?
If, when logging in, after entering your email address and password, you receive a message about incorrectly entered data, first make sure that the email address you used is the same one that you provided to register. If the e-mail address is correct and the problem persists, you may be entering the wrong password, in this case click here.

7. I cannot log in to the website. I do not have a login and password yet.
You must first create an account in order to log in to the website. Please complete the form at this address in order to register and receive your login and password.
It is also possible to make purchases without registration.

8. How to add an item to the cart?
In order to add an item to the cart, please enter the number of items in the table on the item page in the box corresponding to the size and color you want to order. Then just click the “Add to Cart” button.

It is possible to add more pieces in the table at once. The default quantity is zero. Change this value into the selected quantity in order to add an item to the cart.

9. I have not received any order confirmation, what should I do?
Please contact us by email or phone to confirm your order.

10. Is it possible to receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, the store issues a VAT invoice at the Customer's request. When placing the order, please add the invoice request in the comment section and enter the invoice details.

11. Can I correct my order?
Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to make changes by phone or e-mail.

12. Can I add an item to my earlier order?
Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to add other items to the order by phone or email. The order will be shipped after paying for the additionally ordered items (or in the case of on delivery shipment - as soon as the additional order has been completed).

13. Is it possible to make a purchase at your company's seat?

14. Is it possible to exchange a purchased item?
Within 60 days of delivery of the ordered items, the Customer has the right to exchange them without giving a reason. Such an exchange is possible provided that the item shows no signs of wear and tear and is equipped with the original packaging. Any item that does not meet your expectations should be shipped back at your own expense along with the completed exchange document.

15. Is it possible to return an purchased product?
Within 14 days of delivery of the ordered items, the Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement by submitting an appropriate declaration. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the agreement is considered void and the parties are required to return mutual benefits unchanged. For this purpose, the Customer ships the items back to the store, and the Store returns the amount paid to the Customer. The details on the return and refund resulting from a withdrawal from the agreement can be found in our Terms of Service.

16. When will I receive a refund for an item complained about/returned?
if you cansel this contract, we will reimbruise to you all payments recived from you, including the costs of delivery , without delay not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly inform us about any changes; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item.
