Time of delivery
Orders made before 1pm are processed on the same working day. Parcels are shipped every day from Monday to Friday. The order processing time is 24h. In exceptional cases order realization may be extended to 5 working days (depending on the availability of ordered goods). It is the time which elapses from confirming the order or crediting the money to the account, until the ordered goods are sent. Time of delivery in Poland depends on the choosed courrier company: Paczkomaty InPost or Poczta Polska it is 48h, while in case of choosing Pick-up Service the parcel will be delivered within 72h. Delivery time depends on the choice of courier company. If Poczta Polska is chosen, the delivery time may take up to about 7 weeks.
Completing the order
The order is completed from the moment the amount due has been credited to the e-marilyn.eu account indicated above and after confirming the order by the www.e-marilyn.eu service. When confirming the order, the delivery address, delivery costs and other order delivery details are verified. The confirmation is sent by e-mail.
Confirming the order
If the confirmation has not been sent within 3 calendar days, it is tantamount to the fact that the data provided by the Customer was not correct. In this situation, the Seller will contact the Customer to verify the data necessary to complete the order.
