Your personal data provided when completing the order form is used only for the purpose of your order fulfillment. They are not, nor will they ever be transferred to other entities. The customer shall have the right to inspect their data, correct it, update it or delete it.

Act of August 29, 1997 on the personal data protection (consolidated text, Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended).
Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended), Ordinance of April 29, 2002 by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).
Newsletter subscription
Subscribing to our electronic and free newsletter necessitates you to enter your e-mail address by selecting the appropriate option in the new account registration form or voluntarily entering an e-mail address in the “Subscribe to our newsletter” field.
Your data obtained in this way is added to the mailing list of the www.mastivo.pl store. Our store does not resell or share any customer's email address with third parties. A valid email address is necessary for us to be able to send users information about new products and special offers in our online store upon their consent.
Any customer shall have the right to resign from receiving correspondence from the www.mastivo.pl store at any time. In order to do so, a user is asked to send an e-mail to biuro@strefahurtowa.pl with a request to remove their subscription from the website database.

Our website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
